Key Role in International Business Team
The Partnerships Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the health and wellbeing of members of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme arriving in Australia. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employer partnerships aligned with the PALM scheme, which supports industries such as Agriculture, Hospitality, Fisheries, and Aged Care across rural and regional Australia.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of employer partnerships across industries including Agriculture, Hospitality, Fisheries, and Aged Care in rural and regional Australia.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employers and their international workforce to ensure health requirements are met.
* Coordinate delivery of health literacy workshops and webinars to help members navigate Australia's healthcare system.
* Balance strategic account management with hands-on delivery and community-focused prioritisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as an account or partnerships manager with a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships.
* Confidence presenting to diverse audiences and ability to tailor communication to suit cultural and language differences.
* Proactivity, commercial acumen, and ability to thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
