We are seeking a part time or full time customer service specialist in Dickson Branch.

Tasks & responsibilities
* Answer direct phone calls from customers.
* Conduct client documents processing and filing
* Assist in day to day branch operations and administration
* Maintaining high levels of customer service, and for sustaining and expanding the business growth and profitability of the branch.
* Identifying and helping Customers; advising and consulting with customers about the currency exchange process and approve or decline large exchange transactions based on security checks.
* Ensuring risk management practices and diary are carried out as required.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new business customers.
* Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
* Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
