As part of our commitment to 5-star service, we offer a courtesy driving service to and from our Bathurst Dealership for our highly valued customers. This is a highly customer-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people and is an exceptionally safe driver. This is a full-time position.
What the role entails:
* Understanding how exceptional service can impact the team's success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
* Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
* Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
* Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
* Provide frontline customer service
* Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties

* Current manual and automatic drivers licence
