**Position Summary**:
KitKat Chocolatory allows you to experience chocolate like never before, offering our guests the opportunity to discover and create their ultimate break. Our energetic & fun team will work in a dynamic retail environment to hand produce premium quality KitKat products, ensuring each customer enjoys and remembers their KitKat experience.
We're looking for casual Chocolatiers to be part of the in-store Kitchen Team at KitKat Chocolatory. Essential to the creation and delivery of an innovative and globally recognised brand, you will excited to be part of something new and eager to take ownership of delivering product excellence.
Working in an open kitchen, you'll join a fast paced and collaborative team who is focussed on creating amazing KitKat products for our customers' enjoyment.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Manual / Hand moulding of high quality chocolate products under KitKat brand
- Achieving the production, waste and profitability targets as defined in the production schedule
- Ensuring standards are per KitKat Chocolatory Quality Standards
- Working with the Kitchen Manager to develop new products and experiences for our guests
- Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen
- Upholding store appearance and stock management processes
- Maintaining a strong and current knowledge of products, ingredients and services
**What will make you successful**:
**Previous Pastry and/or Bakery experience is highly preferable for this role. **Particularly in the creation of chocolate products, gateaux, tortes and cakes will be key to your success.
Outgoing, approachable and passionate about chocolate, you'll enjoy working as part of a close knit team delivering new products and an innovative service.
Motivated by delivering high quality chocolate products and ensuring a world-class customer experience, you will feel confident working in a dynamic environment managing ongoing fluctuations of customer and work volumes. Impeccable communication skills.
