Job Description This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of keeping guest rooms and public areas looking well-maintained. Key responsibilities include: Completing daily checks and minor repairs across guest rooms and public areas (e.g. leaking taps, door hardware, light fittings, silicone touch-ups, basic plumbing fixes) Patch and paint work, including repairing wall damage, scuffs, and general cosmetic wear Maintaining guest facilities and hotel equipment Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance tasks Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air-conditioning filters Clearing walkways and ensuring external areas are safe and presentable Liaising with management to ensure out-of-order rooms or areas are returned to service as quickly as possible Identifying maintenance issues early and reporting larger repairs where required
