You will play an integral role in ensuring our business runs smoothly by managing contracts, compliance, data, and administrative processes with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing contracts and documentation
* Handling solicitor correspondence
* Managing Form 6 documentation and compliance requirements
* Data & Lead Management
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Process-driven and highly accurate in their work
Confident managing compliance and documentation
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experienced in real estate administration (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable working with systems, data, and reporting
