Skills Provision is searching for a Facilities Manager for an up and coming property company.

Salary & Benefits
1. A$110,000 pa

The Role
3. Accountable for managing the facilities, maintenance and repairs of all stores, warehouses and offices.
4. Appoint and manage contractors and suppliers.
5. Develop and manage programs to meet servicing, maintenance, and repair strategies.
6. Qualifying and managing the performance of vendors, suppliers, service providers and contractors including issuing of tenders and contractual agreements.
7. Control the budget for facilities including projects and capital programs.
8. Lead projects related to all Australian-based properties.
9. Liaise closely with operations to ensure an effective service levels within the agreed budget.
Requirements
10. Significant experience within facilities or project management
11. Previously worked in a property environment
12. Professional qualifications held, preferably a bachelor’s degree
13. Ability to lead and manage in a complex fast-paced and dynamic environment
14. Detailed operator with a fine eye for detail
15. English speaking
16. Strong team player
17. Ability to produce strategic reports
