- Employment Term: Permanent, Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Location: Woodridge

Your part in our UnitingCare team
Family Relationship Centre Logan, UnitingCare, is seeking a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team of high performing practitioners in child focused and child inclusive dispute resolution work to deliver Family Dispute Resolution for issues that would otherwise be matters for proceedings in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner) Regulations 2025 (the FDR Regulations).

- Assess the suitability of each case matter for family dispute resolution in accordance with the guidelines of it's Regulation 20 of the Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner) Regulations 2025.
- Facilitate the resolution of disputes in separated families taking into account the needs and interests of all parties:
- Child related matters
- Financial & Property related matters

- Provide information to clients in relation to the family law system and relevant sections of the Australian Family Law Act (1975).
- Maintain accurate records in the FRC child inclusive case management and client activity data collection administration process.
- Prepare client records and documents including organisational on-line client records management system.

What makes a difference for us?

- Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Law or related discipline and post-graduate qualification in Family Dispute Resolution
- Previous experience working in a Family Relationship Centre would be an advantage.
- Current registration with the Commonwealth Attorney Generals Department, Family Dispute Resolution Branch
- Current Drivers Licence
- Blue Card
