About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Workplace Culture & Behaviour Development Officer to be part of our People Strategy & Engagement, People & Capability Command. The Senior Workplace Culture & Behaviour Development Officer provides strategic advice and capability in the design, delivery, and implementation of the NSWPF Culture Strategy and associated proactive actions to promote a respectful and inclusive culture. The role supports the NSW Police Force workforce by providing expert advice and solutions to organisational development and culture related challenges and opportunities.

The Senior Advisor sits within the Culture team and shares responsibility for shaping a positive workplace culture across the organisation. The role leads key culture and engagement initiatives, managing projects that support the ongoing delivery of the NSWPF organisational culture strategy. This work also includes the administration and analysis of diagnostic data, including the management, administration and interpretation of the NSW People Matter Employee Survey (PMES). The team also conducts targeted consultation and interventions for teams and Commands, working closely with teams across the broader People, Strategy and Engagement space.
