Our Home: Our Groundwater Lodge community is set in the heart of our well-preserved colonial architectural town of Maryborough. Our 60 bed home is divided into smaller households that mirror the look and rhythm of home with vast communal areas where our residents can enjoy their own homestyle lounge, dining and kitchen areas with a private backyard for their established gardens and veggie patches.
The Role
We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand/Food Services Assistant to join our caring team on a part time basis - 59h per fortnight. You'll help prepare and serve nutritious meals that bring comfort and joy to our residents, while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

What You'll Do
Assist with food preparation, plating, and meal serviceSupport the chef with general kitchen and cleaning dutiesEnsure food safety, hygiene, and infection control standards are metDeliver exceptional dining service with a smileMaintain a high standard of cleanliness across all kitchen areas
What You'll Bring:
Food Handling CertificatePrevious experience in food services or a similar role (Aged Care experience an advantage)Great communication and teamwork skillsA caring attitude and commitment to quality serviceCurrent NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain) MANDATORY
