Are you an experienced TDM Engineer or Architect looking to shape the future of test data strategy within a major financial institution?
We're seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead enterprise-level Test Data Management, automation, and DevSecOps aligned testing practices.
About the Role
You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising end-to-end test data solutions across complex banking platforms.
Working closely with engineering, DevSecOps, automation, and security teams, you will ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant data environments that accelerate delivery and reduce operational risk.
What You'll Do
Design and implement enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) frameworks using Broadcom or Delphix.
Build automated TDM pipelines to support Agile and DevSecOps delivery.
Lead end-to-end testing strategies across multiple banking products and platforms.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts.
Implement data masking, provisioning, and virtualisation solutions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Partner with security and engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.
Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of test environments.
Provide subject-matter expertise to uplift engineering and testing capability across squads.
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with TDM tools such as Broadcom or Delphix
Background in banking or financial services
Proven experience delivering end-to-end testing within DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines
Deep understanding of data privacy, security, masking, synthetic data, and environment management
Ability to work across multiple teams and influence technical direction
Strong problem-solving and architecture-level design capability
