Ability to work from the Berrinba site full time – (Mon-Fri, 6am–3pm)

About The Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Crane Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
Operating the crane truck and hand-unloading of plasterboard and related items.
Picking & packing orders on a daily basis.
Dealing with customers face-to-face & over the phone.
Assist with stock-take / inventory counts to ensure accurate records are maintained.
Regularly check & create orders.
Receipt of goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence.
Loading/unloading customer vehicles.
Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management.
Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager via Knauf's procedures.
General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
