Motor Partnerships Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Motor Partnerships Specialist to drive improved performance and capability within the motor partnership business.
The role involves managing and strengthening supplier performance during the contract lifecycle to ensure compliance with contracted SLRs, services, and commercial outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supplier Performance Management: Work within governance frameworks, processes, and tools to drive insights and actions for improved partner performance.
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of suppliers across the motor claims network to improve performance in cost, quality, timeliness, and member experience.
* Data Capture and Validation: Capture, validate, and record data to support sustainability and performance of the RACQ partner network.
* Process Development and Implementation: Participate in process development and system implementation shaping workflows and performance of suppliers within Insurance.
* Supplier Performance Framework: Use the supplier performance framework to ensure RACQ achieves the best outcomes from its suppliers.
* Contract Management: Adhere to group procurement guidelines and policies to ensure adequate controls are in place for supplier and contract management.
* Risk Management: Identify and assess risks preventing RACQ from achieving strategies. Plan and execute risk mitigating procedures on a regular basis.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have refined interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and work closely with operational teams to deliver a superior member experience.
* A trade qualification or relevant study area certificate is essential.
* Solid understanding of financial and commercial processes is required.
* Excellent communication and people skills with a strong customer focus are necessary.
* Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of relevant legislations are also required.
