Job Responsibilities:


* Provide administrative support to the program team.

* Manage the office reception area and maintain effective communication with staff members.

* Answer phone calls and direct them to team members.

* Prepare letters, reports, and other materials for distribution.

* Organize filing systems and update database information in accordance with established procedures.

* Clean and maintain office equipment to ensure smooth operations.



Requirements:


* Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

* Familiarity with administrative procedures and software applications is necessary.
