* Drive passenger vehicles and perform valet parking duties in a safe and efficient manner.
* Post and reconcile valet parking charges, while also managing key storage securely.
Operational Efficiency
* Service and clean public areas and guest rooms as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Audit vacant inspected rooms, identifying areas for improvement.
* Perform cleaning duties effectively, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Culinary Support
* Prepare and cook overnight menu orders, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
* Deliver in-room dining orders with a smile, providing excellent customer service.
Administrative Tasks
* Update digital screens with daily hotel activities, keeping guests informed and engaged.
* Enter wake-up calls and update reports, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
