The Role: This is a new role that has been created to enhance operations, support a growing sales team and continue to drive results. Based onsite near Lake Macquarie, you will Guide the creation and implementation of sales strategies Research the market and assist in the review of product mix Work hand in hand with Marketing for sales collateral and promotion Recruit additional sales team members to meet sales target objectives Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales side of the business, including P&L responsibility Develop channel partner and Builder relationships Work and build the database in preparedness for launches Educating and training the team, and providing continuous property market commentary Work in close collaboration with the Marketing & Development team as required for the project to achieve Sales objectives Specific requirements: 5 years demonstrated success in strategic input to residential Projects / Developments Strong leadership capability – both internal teams and in managing external stakeholders Real Estate License Extremely well presented and a strong communicator Able to work weekends Benefits: Newly created role where you have the ability to provide strategic input to the project Opportunity to build your own team!
