Role Purpose
Your overarching purpose is to work closely and collaboratively to support the Store Manager in driving the ultimate customer experience and elevating the store's overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example by inspiring and delighting customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
Be a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
Coaching, developing and training the wider team in partnership with the Store Manager
Contribute to successful workforce planning and roster creation to ensure budget compliance
Analyse reports and proactively identify opportunities that will increase the customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
Wildly passionate about creating the ultimate customer experience (and know how to do so)
Leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets
Ability and experience creating and instilling an engaged and motivated culture within your team
Strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team
Awesome attitude, always part of the solution
Team player who strongly believes we are better as one
