Sixteen Hair & Beauty — Lathlain
We're building Perth's newest one-stop hair + beauty destination, and we're searching for a skin-obsessed Beauty Therapist to join the Sixteen family. We will be a 27 station salon with 2 beauty rooms, nails and make up.
If you're someone who lives and breathes skin health, loves creating calm treatment experiences, and wants to grow your career inside a high-end, supportive culture you'll fit right in.
This role starts as casual, with the opportunity to step into full-time as we grow.
We also offer the chance to explore paid hair training, for Therapists who want to expand into hair services long-term.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Passionate about skin, facials, hair spa and results-based treatments
* Warm, grounded, and confident with clients
* Obsessed with education and learning (skin, products, treatments, etc.)
* Professional but relaxed someone who brings good energy into the room
* Detail-driven and takes pride in creating beautiful experiences
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-end salon environment
* Eager to grow into full-time as our beauty department expands
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performing high-quality facials, hair treatments and skin treatments (no waxing, nails, or lashes required unless desired)
* Conducting skin consultations and recommending personalised treatment plans
* Retailing products with honesty, confidence and integrity
* Maintaining an immaculate and calming beauty room
* Building and nurturing client relationships
* Contributing to our strong culture and being part of the "Sixteen family"
