We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Supervisor with a trade qualification and experience in manufacturing. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance works, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and meeting industry quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting monthly KPIs on preventative and reactive maintenance work, working closely with the Production Team to develop and improve equipment process performance, selecting and managing external contractors as needed, and leading employees to achieve outstanding results.
To succeed in this role, you will possess sound knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, have experience in developing and implementing a site maintenance strategy, and hold broad knowledge of electrical systems. A background in leading a team within a maintenance department would be highly desirable.

About the Role
* We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our Electrical team in providing efficient and productive service to the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the completion of electrical maintenance works, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner, meeting industry and quality and safety standards.
* Track and report monthly KPIs on preventative and reactive maintenance work through the site's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including labour utilization, unplanned downtime, and budget control.
* Work with the Production Team to develop and improve equipment process performance.
* Select and manage external contractors as needed.
* Lead employees, allocate duties, provide direction on work, ensure quality of work, monitor performance, plan and set out tasks, estimate timelines, and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade qualified with experience in manufacturing.
* Experience leading a team within a maintenance department (desirable).
* Sound knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, with experience in developing and implementing a site maintenance strategy.
* Broad knowledge of electrical systems.
