Job Title: Motel Operations Director
We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star motel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front desk, reservations, and housekeeping services, supervising and training staff, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
* Managing reservations, guest relations, and maintaining accurate records.
* Supervising and training staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
* Monitoring expenses, controlling budgets, and building strong relationships with suppliers.
* Maintaining property presentation, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring safe working practices.
* Handling opening and closing duties, ensuring daily operational readiness, and securing nightly shutdowns.
* Providing guests with up-to-date local tourism information and coordinating tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience in front office operations, night auditing, or a similar role within motel or hotel management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and reservations systems.
* Attention to detail, ability to work flexible hours, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
