Retail District Manager (Queensland)
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll take full ownership of sales, KPIs, and team development across multiple stores. You'll also support our Brand Advisors in major department stores, ensuring Triumph's presence and values shine through every customer interaction.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and coach Store Managers to exceed sales targets and key metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT)
* Ensure stores are visually flawless, operationally efficient, and customer-focused
* Monitor and analyse store-level performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored action plans
* Partner with the wider business on regional planning, marketing and new store openings
* Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the store network
* Lead regular meetings and training sessions to upskill and motivate the retail team
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of retail experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or apparel
* Minimum 2–3 years in a retail management role across a multi-site retail network.
* Proven success in driving sales and KPIs across multiple stores
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret retail performance data
* Passion for coaching and developing retail talent
* Fluent English communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems (POS, Humanforce preferred)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Queensland.
Nice to have:
* A qualification in Business or Retail Management is desirable but not essential.
