Role Description

This is a full‐time, on‐site Sales role based in Baulkham Hills, NSW. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing tailored real estate solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying and selling processes. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting property inspections, and achieving sales targets while upholding Wiseberry's values and service standards.

You will run your own patch backed by:

* A leadership team that is accessible, invested and commercially smart
* Proven systems that support performance
* A collaborative, no-ego sales division where results matter more than noise.

What you will be responsible for:

* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
* Converting listings and buyers through smart prospecting and negotiation
* Conducting open homes, appraisals and market reviews
* Delivering a service that earns repeat business and referrals
* Contributing to a high performance team culture

What we expect

* Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
* Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and personal development
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
* Experience or knowledge in the real estate industry is advantageous but not required
