A global publishing business with operations across across Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and the United States.
They are the number one provider in their industry to libraries and schools across Australia.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing long term clients
- Work towards and achieve KPI's around digital and physical sales, client visits etc.
- Maintain regular face to face appointments throughout your region (3-4 days per week on the road)
- Develop an understanding of everything about your customers business and how to add value to it.
- Deliver training to clients on how to best utilise the app
- Create information packs and presentations, update databases, provide customer feedback.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in client facing sales and account management, ideally within publishing or audio
- Consultative seller, no hard sales
- Strong interest in books and reading, academic mind
- Demonstrated experience in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Energetic, positive and upbeat personality
- Intermediate Excel skills including V-Look Up
