About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Asset Valuer to join our high-performing Valuations & Advisory team. This permanent position offers a perfect blend of security and flexibility, allowing you to work remotely with a regular schedule.
* Undertake a wide range of plant & equipment valuations, focusing on delivering accurate and timely results.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with valuation clients.
* Offer industry-respected valuation services and expert advice to clients.
* Regular travel within the region and interstate will be required for this role.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will need:
* An accredited ASA course in Valuations or an AVAA accreditation in plant and machinery, or API membership/studentship in these fields.
* A strong understanding of industrial assets, including mining, transport, construction, plant and equipment.
* Customer-focused skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* Effective communication and organisational abilities.
