You’ll be the trusted link between our clients and internal teams, driving day-to-day delivery, uncovering growth opportunities, and translating insights into action.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients
* Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
* Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
* Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
* Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
* Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
* Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
