You will be responsible for setting and executing the design vision, building high-performing teams, and ensuring design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
This role is flexible and may be assigned to lead design for different product verticals as business needs evolve.You will manage and mentor Product Design Leads, Managers, and senior designers, and work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Technology, and Business to drive impact at scale.In this Role, you'll get to:Design Strategy & Execution: Define and implement the product design strategy for assigned product areas (consumer, supply, enterprise, or internal tools), ensuring alignment with Agoda's global design principles, usability, accessibility, and design system standardsTeam Leadership: Build, manage, and inspire a diverse team of Product Design Leads, Managers, and Senior Designers.
