The Role
We're expanding and seeking a
Business Development Partner
to join our team. This isn't a 9–5 it's a
remote, entrepreneurial pathway
for ambitious professionals who want to mentor others while building a business of their own. You'll connect with professionals, nurture relationships, and guide individuals through our personal development pathways, with the freedom to work independently, backed by proven systems, mentorship, and a global community.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with professionals aligned with leadership and growth
Build and nurture relationships with visionaries and purpose-driven individuals
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals and match solutions
Contribute to global mentoring calls and community initiatives (via Zoom)
Operate independently with professionalism and high integrity

personal development, coaching, or leadership
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule
