The Role
You will manage a broad range of family law matters including:
* Complex parenting and property disputes
* Divorce and separation matters
* Mediation and dispute resolution
* Litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court
* Client relationship management and strategic advisory work
You will be trusted to run matters with autonomy while working closely with a supportive team across related practice areas including property and estate planning.
About You
To be considered, you will ideally bring:
* Minimum 5+ years PAE in family law
* Strong litigation and dispute resolution experience
* Admission to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate
* Excellent client management and communication skills
* The ability to balance empathy with clear, commercially sound advice
* A collaborative, low-ego approach to practice
