We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Development Marketing team at Stockland on a 12-month contract. This is a chance for an experienced property marketing professional to make a real difference in how people discover, connect with, and ultimately call our communities home.

Working as part of the state team, you'll lead marketing for developments in the South-West and Illawarra regions. Your work will directly influence how well these projects perform by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that genuinely connect with people and drive results. What you'll do:

Be the engine behind our acquisitions. You will collaborate and act as the marketing voice for your communities. Through smart local marketing, you'll attract quality leads, build trust, and help buyers make confident decisions.

Influence the entire customer journey- from first impression to long after move-in. Help to drive the customer strategy for your communities and be the voice of the customers.

About you
Experience & skills that counts:
* 4+ years in property marketing with real success in engaging customers and driving sales, or marketing management experience with a genuine interest in property
* Hands-on experience creating marketing collateral, content creation, planning campaigns, and delivering results
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and on budget
* Experience developing integrated campaigns that successfully drive both digital acquisition and in-person visitation
* Experience with budgeting and forecasting
