People, Culture & Compliance Coordinator
At Community Access Care (CAC), culture and compliance go hand in hand. We're seeking a People, Culture & Compliance Coordinator with NDIS industry experience who is ready to step into a role with responsibility, influence, and accountability.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team and driving positive culture initiatives. This role involves:
* Providing advice on HR matters and ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act and SCHADS Award.
* Supporting quality processes including driving audits, document reviews, and preparation for external certification.
* Addressing performance, conduct, and compliance matters early and professionally
* Planning, promoting, and running team-building events that strengthen culture and connection.
* Maintaining and creating relevant positions descriptions and employment related contracts in line with relevant legislations and awards.
* Reinforcing policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards in day-to-day operations.
* Overseeing the management of the People & Culture Officer and Administration Team.
* Driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance records.
What We're Looking For
* Experience within the NDIS industry (e.g., Support Worker, Support Coordinator, or similar roles - highly desired).
* Experience in HR or People & Culture roles, ideally within the NDIS sector.
* Strong understanding of Fair Work Act, SCHADS Award, and WHS principles.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
