Position
Piping Supervisor – Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade Project, Henderson, WA. 5:2 DIDO rotation.

Responsibilities
* Oversee planning, execution and supervision of piping activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
* Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience with EPC/EPCM or construction contractors.
* Familiarity with high‑risk and high‑pressure work environments.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* In‑depth knowledge of SMP / piping systems, safety protocols and industry standards.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
* A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
