About the Role:
As Workshop Controller, you will oversee daily workshop operations, coordinate workflow, and lead a team of technicians and apprentices. Your leadership will ensure our service department runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop activities, including work allocation and scheduling.
- Supervise technical staff and ensure effective use of their time.
- Liaise with customers to diagnose issues and provide service options.

- Oversee warranty claims, ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
