Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager with 4 years of management experience in Aged Care, to lead and coordinate the professional management staff to support the livelihood of its wonderful residents.
This brand new Aged Care residence features; ageing in place, respite, memory support and extra services in this modern 3 level establishment.

**Your duties will include**:
- Management of the initial establishment of facility and manage day-to-day operations of a 150-bed aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs
A crucial part of the role also includes non-clinical duties such as financial, compliance and admissions management to provide maintenance and continuous improvements within the Aged Care facility.
**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration - desired
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- **Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team**
