Our busy team manages projects valued in the millions of dollars
across mining, power generation, oil and gas, community water and
other industries. We are seeking an experienced Site
Supervisor with the 'right Osmoflo
attitude' - a 'can do' approach, a positive
outlook, energy and motivation to deliver. We want the right people
to support our business growth and ensure we go from strength to
strength. We want to be on the front foot to match the
growth. The successful Site Supervisor will work between metro and
remote sites on a FIFO Roster.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all on
site activity including, but not limited to construction planning,
sub-contractor management, scheduling, resourcing, punch list and
closeout of assigned construction activities and site commissioning
coordination. The Site Supervisor will also manage site based
client relationships in order to ensure excellence of service and
achievement of client expectations.
**To be successful in this role you will need to**:
Have a qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Civil
Engineering, and Project Management on the job training.
Have at least 3 years' experience as a Site
Supervisor in a similar environment.
Have the flexibility to work a FIFO roster (with applicable
salary uplift) when Project mobilises to Site.
Understand commercial protocols and principals.
Be able to interpret contracts and maintain obligations
under such contracts.
Possess a high level interpersonal skills, strong
management, planning and self-management skills;
Be knowledgeable of various Australian standards, classes
and materials. Ideally within Water Treatment
Be able to work independently as well as to supervise
external contractors.
Be self-directed and highly motivated.
Be a "hands-on" person to contribute wherever
needed in the Project activities.
No day is ever the same; your daily challenges are only a drop
**in the ocean and would involve**:
Induction of Sub-Contractors to relevant procedures,
guidelines, policies etc.
Delivering the site program in accordance with the Project
Schedule.
Directing and supervising all site personnel including
sub-contractors to sustain work efficiency and productivity
until the completion of the Project.
Attending and participating in client, project planning and
coordination meetings where required.
Overseeing construction site to ensure adherence to
government standards and/or site requirements
Tracking and Managing budgeted, actual and anticipated
construction costs.
Leading by example and ensuring adherence to OHSE
procedures and values across the site resulting in no
LTI's
