Your New Role
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Sea Export Operations Operator to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Bankstown Airport office.
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Ensure a smooth and efficient freight process within a dynamic team
* Obtain rates, prepare quotes, and arrange international shipments
* Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations
* Maintain clear and effective communication with overseas offices and agents
* coordinating with our transport team for the releasing of cargo
* issuing of correct documentation to customers and agents within the required time frames
* Arranging Invoices including client monitoring and maintaining rates / activity reports
* Job costing & EOM closure
* Develop & maintain relationships with customers
Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.
What You Need
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
* 3 years experience in similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Cargowise experience
Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
