Nurse Next Door is looking for a Care Designer (Registered Nurse), who will ensure that our clients are safe and happy in their own homes and lead a team of caregivers who love what they do. You may know similar roles as a Case Manager or Clinical Care Manager.
We are dedicated to delivering flexible in home care options to those in the aged care and disability sector, helping people to live more fulfilling lives both at home and in the wider community within the Rockhampton and Yeppoon region.

Your Next Adventure
Reporting to our Managing Director, your role as part of our leadership team will be to help manage a growing team of caregivers and nurses, and will include but will not be limited to the following:
Design tailored and meaningful client care plans that foster positive relationships between our clients and the Care Team.
Meet with potential clients to consult on their options for premium home care services.
Oversee client clinical care and maintain meticulous care documentation records.
Be accountable for maintaining the high clinical standards set by Nurse Next Door.
Assist in the management and development of a growing team of caregivers and nurses.
Believe in Making Lives Better for our clients every day, through thoughtful care and support.

Mandatory Requirements
AHPRA Registration
Registered Nurse
CPR & First Aid Certification
Current QLD Drivers License
Working with Vulnerable People registration
This position requires some flexibility and availability to work occasional evenings, weekends and on-call as required.
