About the role
In this role, you will deliver Speech Pathology services to a diverse caseload, supporting clients across the lifespan with a range of needs, including (but not limited to) ASD, neurological conditions, communication and swallowing difficulties.
You will:
* Assess client needs and develop tailored, evidence-based therapy plans
* Deliver intervention focused on improving communication, participation, and quality of life
* Provide support and strategies for clients, families, and carers
* Advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
* Share and celebrate progress through regular team collaboration and weekly wins

Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
* Current SPA membership (or eligibility)
* Minimum 1 year of experience
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check, or eligibility to apply (support provided)
