We're seeking a dedicated Restaurant Service Manager to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to oversee the smooth operation of our 35-seat restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, training and supervising staff, resolving conflicts and ensuring a clean environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage front-of-house operations, including managing wait staff and ensuring timely service delivery.
* Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
* Schedule staff effectively, balancing workload and minimizing overtime.
* Source and order supplies, including ingredients, equipment, and cleaning materials.
* Liaise with the owner on operational matters and menu planning.
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A proven track record in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a similar capacity.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Working Hours
The full-time hours would be over a 4-day week, including lunch and dinner services.
