Own the strategy, lead the team, and be the expert voice clients trust when it matters most. Real ownership - shape and evolve the WHS service, not just deliver it Genuine variety - advisory, audits, coaching and training all in one role A platform for your expertise - become the external face of WHS What you'll be doingYou'll lead a small team of WHS Safety Consultants, overseeing the quality of everything that goes the door – audits, reports, advice, and documentation. You'll manage external contractors for specialist work and play an active client-facing role yourself through advisory support, audits, presentations, and webinars. Beyond delivery, you'll own the WHS product itself – defining the service offering, keeping templates and tools sharp and current, and continuously improving how we do things. When WHS legislation shifts or a new code of practice lands, you'll be the one translating it into practical guidance for clients and consultants alike. You bring strong judgment and an eye for detail, but you're pragmatic – you know that good WHS advice needs to work in the real world, not just on paper. You're a confident expert who can simplify complexity, a collaborative leader who brings people up with you, and someone who genuinely cares about the quality of what you put your name on. We believe you are our ultimate brand ambassador. We reward employees for their contribution; for example, we offer up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave, volunteer day leave, and care about your well‐being.
