As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within the Gold Coast

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within the Gold Coast
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
* Lead a team
* Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
* Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
* Complete service requests as required
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
* Valid Manual Drivers Licence
* White Card
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
* Be punctual and reliable
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
* Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
