About The Role
We're excited to welcome a motivated and detail‐driven Analyst to our Commercial Banking team based in Maroochydore, supporting commercial customers across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding region. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with a Relationship Executive to support a diverse portfolio of regional businesses—playing a key part in helping local customers grow, invest, and achieve their business ambitions.
You'll take ownership of preparing high‐quality credit submissions for both new and existing customers, along with completing periodic reviews to ensure our regional portfolio remains strong, compliant, and well‐managed. Working at the heart of the Sunshine Coast business community, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure documentation, settlements, and processes are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.
You'll also contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences—supporting new business opportunities, strengthening long‐term relationships, and helping BOQ Group continue to be a trusted banking partner for commercial customers across the region. About You

You're comfortable analysing financial data, navigating complex information, and translating insights into clear, well‐structured credit papers.
You enjoy building relationships and working closely with stakeholders, from Relationship Executives to risk partners and external advisers. You communicate with confidence, take a proactive approach to problem‐solving, and are committed to delivering great outcomes for customers. Organised, adaptable, and commercially minded, you're ready to be a valued contributor within a team that's focused on supporting the success of Sunshine Coast businesses.
