About The Role
As a Support Worker your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged and high need clients with everyday activities and providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care.
Must not have any working restrictions on your VISA to be considered, as this role requires full time hours to be worked.
Key Responsibilities
Support Workers play a vital role in the Calvary Customer Experience by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusting and long term relationship with our customers and delivers our Mission through "being for others".
Support Workers meet the changing needs of customers supporting them in their homes and whilst out in the community through the provision of flexible services including personal and respite care, social support, domestic assistance, overnight care and 24 hour support.
What You Bring
A Completed Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
Current and valid Full Driver's Licence,
Valid car registration and comprehensive insurance
Smart mobile phone
Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself
Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
Access to the internet and experience using a computer, systems and applications
Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
