We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing well-maintained portfolios, handling repairs and maintenance, and building relationships with landlords and tenants.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Handling day-to-day maintenance and repairs
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
- Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
Key Skills & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience as a Property Manager or Property Officer and a valid Certificate of Registration. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
