* Oversee a portfolio of housing properties, from allocations and inspections to rent and arrears
* Support tenants through every step of their housing journey, promoting independence and wellbeing
* Organise property maintenance and liaise with contractors to keep homes safe and functional
* Ensure tenancy processes run smoothly and compliantly, addressing feedback with care and professionalism

Who You Are
You're empathetic, organised, and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping people secure safe housing. You can balance supporting clients while keeping a practical eye on property management.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Certificate IV in Social Housing or relevant community services qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Current driver's licence
* Minimum 3 years' experience in tenancy or housing management
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act is a bonus
Checks Required
* National Police Certificate
* Working with Children (Blue Card)
