Our client
Large construction organisation, seeking experienced AP Manager with exceptional leadership and change management skills.
The role
Reporting into a agile CFO, you will manage a large AP team, with the prospect of taking on systems implementation projects. You'll be responsible for delivery & execution of quality service across each of these functions, as well as hiring, management and development of staff and internal & external stakeholder management.
In addition, you'll utilise your extensive project management experience in order to identify process improvement opportunities and drive through transformation initiatives to improve the shared services function.
About you
You are an experienced manager of small to medium transactional finance teams, certainly with a background in managing a medium AP function (minimum 3 staff). You will have people management experience of 4+ years
Crucially, you'll have a natural ability to lead people, drive change and manage stakeholder relationships.
