Job Title: Studio Traffic Manager (Operations Manager)

We’re seeking a highly organised Studio Traffic Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our creative and digital teams. This role is vital in ensuring that projects run smoothly, resources are used effectively, and deadlines are consistently met. Responsibilities
Oversee project workflows, ensuring smooth delivery across departments
Plan team capacity and maintain resourcing schedules
Allocate tasks and monitor progress across multiple clients and priorities
Proactively manage risks, flagging issues before they impact delivery
Act as the central liaison between sales, creative, and media teams
Support onboarding processes for new clients
Maintain visibility across projects with regular updates and status tracking
Uphold quality standards, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in traffic/project management or studio operations
Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple teams
Expert in creating order from complexity; detail-oriented and proactive
Confident using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
Passionate about supporting high-performing creative and digital teams
