Project Engineer Job Opportunity
The primary objective of this position is to provide project engineering, commissioning, and documentation services to ensure customer projects are completed on time with maximum profitability.
* Provide project engineering, commissioning, and documentation to meet Schneider Electric standards.
* Offer high-level technical support to the project team and associated technical support teams.
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Ensure cost-effective and efficient system design.
* Manage contract administration, delivery, cost forecasting, purchasing, and resource allocation.
* Adhere to integrated Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process (CPP), management systems requirements, and Australian Standards.
* Collaborate with customers, end-users, and relevant parties to ensure project outcomes meet and exceed expectations.
* Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
* Electrical License preferred but not essential.
* Experience in electrical fault-finding.
* Strong HVAC knowledge.
* Proven track record in successful project delivery and driving effective engineering solutions.
* Experience in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) in conjunction with HVAC commissioning contractors.
* Demonstrated experience in design and implementation of network architecture.
* Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, plant/control systems, and power control systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of Access and Security and CCTV Industry; Computer/BMS programming experience highly desirable.
