Job Description:

The role of the Executive Support Officer is to provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to the regional Assistant Commissioner.

This involves managing appointment diaries, organising meetings and events, and communicating with staff and stakeholders on a wide range of issues affecting the regional hub business operations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing secretariat support, coordinating the administrative operations of the regional office, and ensuring that practices and activities are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing a high standard of confidential executive, administrative and business support
* Managing appointment diaries, organising meetings, workshops, conferences, travel and other events
* Collating and preparing briefing documentation, coordinating quality assurance of correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches, agendas, minutes and preparing drafts
* Monitoring, prioritising, registering, actioning and disseminating incoming correspondence to effectively manage critical information and workflows


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Highly desirable: Experience with provision of administrative support in a senior executive environment and experience within regional locations


Responsibilities:

* Coordinating the administrative operations of the regional office
