About the role
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational delivery of our services across QLD.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee administrative and scheduling functions, monitor KPIs, support operational performance, and ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and key partners.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys coordinating people, systems, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee administrative functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective systems management
* Proactively manage scheduling, identifying and addressing coverage gaps
* Monitor and report on KPI performance, escalating risks to management where required
* Provide day-to-day operational support to our driver network and internal teams
* Investigate and respond to complaints in a timely manner
* Maintain strong communication with our driver network and external stakeholders
* Support compliance with Safe Work Procedures and operational standards
* Complete ad hoc operational tasks as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative experience with high attention to detail
* Experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs
* Proven ability to manage scheduling and workforce coordination
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Formal qualification in Business Administration and/or Management (desirable)
