Process Worker - Manufacturing Northern Beaches Temp to Perm Opportunity | Full-time Hours We are currently partnering with a well established Australian manufacturing client seeking an experienced and reliable Process Worker to join their production team. This role involves the handling, processing, and assembly of precision manufactured components within a fast paced, quality driven environment. In this position, you will support end-to-end production processes, working with a range of manufactured parts and assemblies, ensuring all finished products meet strict quality and safety standards. You will be part of a collaborative team within a structured production environment. Responsibilities: Safe handling and processing of manufactured materials Assembly of products in line with production specifications Operation of basic production machinery, hand tools and equipment (training provided where required) Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies About You: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or process work (desirable) Confidence working with manual handling tasks and medium to large components Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team based environment Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures at all times Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate based on experience, along with full-time ongoing hours with a view to permanency for the right person.
